Parent Conduct Contract

Purpose 
The purpose of this contract is to foster a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for our students, athletes, and the community. 

Expectations 
As a parent or guardian, I agree to: 

1.    Support the goals and values of the program/school. 

2.    Communicate respectfully with coaches, teachers, and other parents. 

3.    Encourage good sportsmanship and positive behavior from my child. 

4.    Attend meetings and events to stay informed and engaged. 

5.    Respect the rules and policies of the program/school. 

6.    No smoking on the field or in Parks this includes Vaping and smokeless tobacco.

7.    No use of alcohol, Tobacco use, Vaping, smokeless tobacco, Marijuana, or illicit drugs in any of the parks (Riverside Park ETC), at Brick-by-Brick youth sports events/games, or while wearing Brick by Brick or its affiliates (Indy Orcas Elite) attire such as t-shirts, hoodies, warmups, etc. 

8. You have the right to Bear Arms… we ask that any one carrying follow the park or facility guidelines around firearms.  We ask that you keep our youth safe by conceal carrying vs Open carry. If there are any questions please speak to the coaches or team moms.

Consequences 
Failure to adhere to these expectations may result in: 

1.    A verbal warning. 

2.    A written warning. 

3.    Removal from events or activities, depending on the severity of the conduct. 

4. Deduction of your student- athletes field time

NO CALL NO SHOW NO Game time. 

We understand things happen, please be diligent in communicating with staff if your student-athlete will be Absent from practice or games, 48hr notices is preferred however at minimum 24 hours prior to games, and 2hrs prior to practice is required
